- Answer and transfer incoming calls, in a positive and warm manner, and take messages.
- Welcome clients and guests in a friendly way and ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- Undertake general office duties including filing, scanning, binding, receiving parcels and letters, and ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and be responsible for all the calendar meetings of the top management.
- Provide information to guests and staff in person or by phone.
- Responsible for maintaining the reception’s environment hygiene.
- Responsible for the conference bookings.
- Assist the Accounting, Payroll, Audit and Corporate Department with any tasks assigned.
- Qualification in secretarial studies, administration, accounting or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Greek and English Language mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Team-player and able to work under pressure.
- Friendly and polite personality.
